Providence Glen

Providence Glen is a luxury condominium community located in a scenic wooded area in the 
Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Providence Glen is a new development that was completed in 2007. There are a total of 16 buildings with 12 condominiums in each building, for a total of 192 units. The buildings are three stories, and each has an elevator and keypad entry system. Providence Glen has a Condominium Homeowners Association and is professionally managed by a community association management company.

The community is conveniently located only minutes from the University of North Carolina, Duke University, and Research Triangle Park. Providence Glen is on the Chapel Hill Transit bus line that is free to residents. The bus line provides easy access to the Chapel Hill area including the University of North Carolina, UNC Hospitals, and Franklin Street. Providence Glen is in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School District. The school district is consistently rated among the best in the nation. For example, East Chapel Hill High, which is the high school for Providence Glen residents, was rated one of America's top 100 high schools by U.S. News & World Report in December 2008. East Chapel Hill High was rated 77th out of more than 21,000 public high schools reviewed, and received their prestigious Gold Medal. BusinessWeek voted Chapel Hill one of the "Best Places to Raise Your Kids" in 2010.  MONEY Magazine has ranked Chapel Hill in the Top 50 Best Places to Live in America.
